Teraoka is the sole distributor of Teraoka/DIGI Weighing Systems and Anritsu Inspection Systems in Southern Africa as well as a proud Intermec Service Partner. Teraoka services both the domestic and international sectors (African Countries) through its network of 10 Sales and Service branches strategically placed country wide as well as a broad Distributor channel. A comprehensive support structure consisting of a 24Hr Help Desk, Research & Development, National Stores (warehouse) and Administration is housed at the Headquarters to assist the branches is supporting our customers. Teraoka also has a large Label Manufacturing Plant that produces Self Adhesive Label Rolls to be used on our Electronic Scale Printers, Thermal Label Printers as well as other applicators for various other applications. This compliments and adds value to our initial equipment sale and ensures repeat consumable business. We are also capable of producing various customized “Full Colour” Labels. TSA has a total staff compliment of approx 200 people.
